BTWers are smart, accomplished, authentic, passionate, and energetic women with pioneering spirits. They are open to possibilities and do not shirk away from controversial or unconventional thinking. They are generous with their time, talents, and ideas.

Membership dues have been reduced to $150 per year until Jan 2011, in consideration for the currently tough economy. (Regular membership dues are $250annually.)
