Redefine Age

50 is the new 30
and
70 is the new 50!
The phrase is splashed across magazine covers.
Great news!
But what does it really mean?
Well, here are a few things to ponder about getting older in the 21st century:
-
Nearly half of women business owners in nontraditional industries are over the age of 50 and nearly three-quarters (73%) are age 45 or older.
-
Today's 50+ females are more educated, affluent, healthy, gutsy, resilient, entreprenuerial, and co-creative in their partnerships with the men in their lives.
-
We're expected to live well into our 80's, 90's and 100's.
All wonderful news, yes. But Redefining Age is about more than just having greater means and better health. It's an attitude that permeates the body, mind, and spirit. It's the renewable fuel that drives our greatest plans and aspirarions. It's time to bring age out of the closet. We're not finished. In fact, we're just getting re-started.
