 Paddy Reynolds founded ReynoldsWorks, a coaching practice focused on helping individuals develop strategies to build and sustain excellence in their business and personal lives. Engaged in transformational work that facilitates creation of a life vision, design and implementation of career/personal plans, identification and removal of roadblocks to success.
Described by her clients as a thoughtful provocateur, master change catalyst and a creative visionary, Paddy is available for coaching individuals who desire cutting edge coaching techniques to realize their extraordinary dreams. Her past accomplishments as an award winning artist and photographer and former entertainment industry VP creative director/account executive, provides her clients with a keen perspective on creative challenges and practices.
In addition to working with individuals, she recently was chosen by the
18th Street Arts Center organization to coach 10 mid-career artists endowed by grants from the City of Los Angeles Cultural Arts Program . Other clientele includes: Film/Television Producers, Writers, Music Editors, Artists, Communication/Marketing Executives, Architects, Television Personalities, Corporate Executives, Attorneys and Business Entrepreneurs, etc.
